ARNHEM – Hij was in Arnhem gezakt voor zijn rijexamen. Toch vond een man uit Amsterdam dat hij direct daarna goed genoeg kon rijden en stapte hij in zijn auto achter het stuur om zelf terug naar huis te rijden. Dat opmerkelijke incident van zaterdagochtend deelt de Arnhemse wijkagent Bert Bloemsma op Instagram.
