Afvalverwerker HVC wil bij haar slibverwerkingsinstallatie aan de Baanhoekweg in Dordrecht bioplastic winnen. Eind volgend jaar wordt een proeffabriek opgeleverd. Die moet voldoende materiaal leveren, waarmee de kunststofindustrie het nieuwe materiaal kan testen.
